Description

What is it?

As a Nitrox diver, you can increase your bottom times and safety margins, plus shorten your surface intervals – so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting!

In this program, you will learn new skills and increase your diving knowledge whilst learning how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you will earn an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

What will I learn?

During the course we will cover theoretical knowledge including: 

 – What are Enriched air dive tables and how we use them to plan a dive

– How to analyse a nitrox mix 

– The safety requirements of using nitrox 

– How to safely dive with nitrox

This course is theory based, however a dive can be added should you wish to dive with nitrox as a practical session. 

What are the requirements?

Minimum age 10

Open Water diver or equivalent

What is included?

– SSI Enriched Air Nitrox E-learning 

– SSI enriched Air Nitrox certification fee 

What is not included:

– Practical dive (this can be added if required)

– Nitrox fees (if diving with nitrox)

This course is booked to suit and can be run at either our Anglesey or Warrington dive centres 7 days a week
