- I started diving when I was bored on an all inclusive and decided to give it a try!

- I started diving for something to do.. but became an instructor as I wanted to introduce others to the amazing underwater world.

- I first learnt to dive as I wanted to explore, which is what led me into technical diving being any to dive to greater depths and see even more unexplored areas.

- Favourite diving are any flooded quarries – I love the history under the water… huts, machinery its awesome!

- I learnt to dive being inspired by Jacques Cousteau on tv as a child.

- Diving since 2021, although I definitely dont get the chance to dive nearly as often as I would like!
- My Favourite kind of diving is any sea diving from a boat.
- Sea creature – is an Octopus.
- I finally learnt to scuba after years of promising myself I would, I’ve always loved being in the sea and spent many years on holiday as a kid in a mask and snorkel with my face in the water!

- Started diving after rediscovering the love of fresh cold water in Loch Lomond and deciding open water swimming wasn’t the best route to be in the water!

- Learnt whilst on holiday abroad in 2019. The drysuit course introduced me to UK diving which I never imagined could be so good.
- Boat & Shore diving on the North Wales coast, along with exploring Vivian.
- From my bucket list I have already dived with Mantas, Sharks & Seals. Diving with Turtles & Whale sharks still to tick off!

- Any recreational diving, but looking forward to exploring ship wrecks and learning all of the history.
- Scallops are my favourite… I never knew that they moved until seeing them under the water!
- I just decided one day that I wanted to do it… It wasn’t easy at first, with some psychological barriers of being under water but not I cannot stop wanting to get in!

- I have been certified since August 2023.
- My favourite type of diving is any dive that I can observe aquatic life and exploring. I also love taking photos.
- Favourite encounters with wildlife are spider crabs – being lucky enough to see the aggregation in Cornwall! and getting up close with large diamond sturgeon.
- I started having been snorkelling on top of the water for years, my journey has been amazing and wish that I had done it sooner!

- The best dives are the hard to get to, out of the way adventure dives…if a wreck is thrown in, even better!
- Love a sea otter if they count…super bouncy and characters, but do honk!
- Why I started? Just for a new type of adventure.

- Diving since June 2022. I learnt in the warm waters of Utila – Honduras.
- I decided to learn while I was travelling around Central America – I had done a lot of snorkelling and wanted to get closer!
- My favourite marine animal is the Eagle ray – they’re amazing how they glide through the water. My best dives are in the warm waters with lots of coral and fish!

- Really excited to be getting back into it with such a great club as Phoenix. I feel like I am my best self under the water and started diving to see marine life.
- My favourite marine creatures are Orcas and I have a real passion for protecting & learning about sharks.
